Thank you for saving Buster's life MULTIPLE times. She has been rushed to you for something as "mundane" as a urinary tract infection to as severe as being bitten by a coyote.
Your staff and doctors are not only excellent care givers, they are also soothing and really seem to understand and care about all the animals they see. Thank
you thank you thank you.

On Sunday, July 26th, we had to rush our beloved labrador retriever to your facility. "Buddy" was nearly 16 years old and after waking up from a night's sleep, he couldn't
walk and wouldn't eat. At Animal 911, we discovered that he had a tumor on his spleen that had ruptured and was most likely in his final hours of life. We made the difficult
decision to euthanize him and I can't begin to thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I was so distraught that I don't remember the
names of the doctor or assistant who treated Buddy. But the caring, kindness and patience was absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. You are all angels!!!

This past Sunday we had to rush our kitty Cormac to your clinic. He was very sick and unfortunately we had to make the painful decision to end his suffering. Your staff were
so kind and patient with my husband and I. I cant express how much we appreciated your efforts to not only make Cormac more comfortable but us as well. It brokr our hearts to
lose Cormac but under the circumstances you all made this night not quite so unbearable. I thank God that you folks are there.

We brought in Lily, our 6 1/2 year old Holland Lop rabbit, on Saturday November 29th around midnight. While we were downtown doing some Christmas shopping that day, Lily managed
to escape her pen and had her own Thanksgiving feast. Unfortunately she helped herself to a variety of dark and milk chocolates. Knowing that chocolate is BAD for bunnies, we
started calling local animal hospitals. All were either closed or did not handle rabbits. The final referral was to Animal 911. We determined the probable amount of chocolate ingested
(approx 2 times the toxic amount) and upon discussion with the Animal 911 staff, drove her right over from Buffalo Grove. The staff at Animal 911 was awesome, from the receptionists
to the techs to the doctors. It was a busy night, with another canine "patient" in with a stroke. Regardless, the staff explained the situation, the proposed course of treatment and
estimated costs. We left that evening concerned that Lily might not make it. We were encouraged the next morning to hear her progress report, and that she would likely be a "guest"
for another 12-24 hours. Her "detox" period lasted until Sunday night, and it was decided that we would pick he up Monday morning. We had periodic updates from the staff during the
day and evening on Sunday. When we picked her up Monday morning, Lily was her good old self. The staff sent her home with medications to be administered for the next week to help her
digestion. We are very happy to report that Lily enjoyed the holidays with us and has made a full recovery. What could have been a very sad situation turned out OK in the end. Our
thanks to the dedication, professionalism and empathy of the Animal 911 staff. You guys were first class pros!

Boomer, my 4 year old Beagle was brought into your hospital the evening of Saturday, Dec.6th by a Lincolnwood police officer after he had been hit by a car in Lincolnwood. We live
in Chicago, he had gotten out of the yard. Boomer was in critical condition. Not only did the Lincolnwood Police Dept. call me to tell me of the incident but Animal 911 was on the phone
immediately with us as well. Thank goodness he had his collar on and was microchipped. Our dog was in pretty bad shape; a collapsed lung, internal injuries, contusions, bleeding from
the nose and possible brain trauma. He had tubes and bandages everywhere and looked pathetic. The prognosis was not good at all, a 50-50 chance of survival. The doctors and techs on staff did
not give up and put their all into our little fellow. The 911 doctors would personally call me keeping us aware of the happenings and progress. We came again to visit Boomer on Sunday
with the thought that we may have to decide on euthanasia, the prognosis was still shaky. We all decided to give him some more time...he deserved it. That evening after we left he was
sitting up in his cage to the amazement of all. He ate some baby food too. Boomer's care was transferred to the Internal Medicine practice for continued hospitalization during the day.
It was such a blessing that he could remain at the same facility for continuity of care. We were encouraged and welcomed to visit him. It was also discovered that Boomer had gotten into
and ate rat poisoning while he had been out, for which he was also being treated. The odds were so against this little beagle. The concerned Lincolnwood Police Officer also kept in contact
with the staff checking on his progress. Boomer thrived hour by hour, day by day, starting to walk, wagging his tail and barking, amazing the doctors and staff and defying medical logic.
I was so impressed with the doctors and staff - all so skillful and professional yet so compassionate and kind. Everyone was so sympathetic and empathetic as I was also running back and forth
taking care of my mother who was also hospitalized. Boomer came home on Thursday, Dec. 11th, with his life ahead of him. Our furry companions can really teach us some lessons. He really
had some Angels looking after him, from Heaven and earth. Talk about Holiday miracles!! A sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the doctors and staff at Animal 911 and the Internal
Medicine Practice!!

My dog was bitten by two dogs twice her size and I was completely scared, nervous, and worried about where to take her. I really didn't have time to think so I went to a place my friend
recommended. I got there and the door was held wide open, the nurses took Mandy immediately to a room to check out how bad everything was and for vitals and such. It wasn't long before we
were told to sit in the Dr.'s office. Well, in walks a young blonde Dr. with girlish pigtails to tell us everything that needed to be done. I saw the way she was acting with our dog and
immediately was at ease. It was obvious the love that these people have for animals. She PERSONALLY called me at 2:30 in the morning after the surgery had been completed and left a message
to tell me that Mandy was doing alright and that she had just given her some water, tucked her in with a warm bottle next to her body, and covered her "with a little blanket". In the morning
she brought Mandy out and though my little girl was filled with tubes and bruised her tail was wagging cause of how well she was treated and how loved the Dr. made her feel. I had problems
with Mandy two days later and Dr. Finan told me to bring her in immediately and she would personally look at her. She had Mandy in there again as soon as I got there. If I were to rate this
place, the staff, and the wonderful Dr. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

When we took our dog to your emergency clinic, we thought we were going to lose him. But your excellent care and knowledge saved his life that night. My family can't thank you enough!
