Community Outreach

Furry friends at the Red Door Shelter, one of the important volunteer organizations where Animal 911 staff donates veterinary services. Consider making a contribution today to help save the lives of homeless cats, rabbits, and dogs! * Please note that Animal 911 is not a drop off center for strays/unwanted pets nor an extension of the Red Door Shelter.

Animal 911 recognizes the importance of giving back to our local community. Animal 911 is currently working with local animal shelters throughout Chicagoland. We are in the process of collecting redundant animal and human-hospital supplies that we’ll donate to shelters in need.  (We’re collecting items such as drapes, sutures, syringes and even items like antiseptic and cotton balls!).  We are working with referral animal clinics to gather these supplies and will drop-off to shelters such as Red Door, C.A.R.E. in Evanston, The Buddy Foundation and Tree House.  The doctors and staff at Animal 911 want to help make a real difference for these local organizations and for the pets under their care.
