Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, personal checks (with ID) and Care Credit. We will make every effort to keep you informed of fees when possible. Please request an estimate of cost at anytime.

Personal Checks: We cannot hold checks for later deposit. All checks received will be deposited daily. We must see a picture ID of the person writing/signing the check each time. There will be a $30.00 service fee charged to the account for all returned checks.

You may qualify for a payment plan through Care Credit, a veterinary expense credit card you can apply for online or through our office. We offer 3 month interest free plans through Care Credit.





Privacy Policy

We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site hosting company.

Animal 911 recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of our clients, our patients and those individuals who simply visit our site. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
